Woodland View is situated on the ground floor of the cottage. It faces east overlooking the garden and fields, it has two windows and is a very light room. Woodland View has a slight ramp and wider doors for wheelchair access. 

The dimensions of the room are 4.1m x 3.65m. The room has a king size bed. It has an en-suite fitted with grab rails either side of the toilet and within the large shower. A seat is also available on request for the shower.
